The Trial Assembly of the 50-meter Tubular Guyed Tower in Niger Has Been Successfully Completed

On June 6th, the 50-meter tubular guyed tower project in Niger, undertaken by X.Y. Tower, achieved significant progress with the successful completion of the trial assembly of the first tower. At the project site, the technical team strictly adhered to the ISO9001 quality management system standards during the assembly process and efficiently completed the tower body assembly within just 8 hours. The representative from Niger participated in the acceptance process throughout, focusing on evaluating 23 critical indicators, including the wall thickness of the main material (measured at 8.2mm, meeting the design standard) and the flange butt connection accuracy (with an error less than 0.5mm). Upon signing the acceptance documentation, the customer remarked, “The craftsmanship and rigorous quality inspection of ‘Made in China’ are truly impressive,” thereby establishing a robust foundation for the subsequent installation of 30 additional towers of the same type.
