Welcome Niger client to visit X.Y. Tower

On May 22, 2025, a client from Niger visited Xiangyue Electric Power for an inspection and technical exchange. The purpose of this visit was to explore in-depth cooperation concerning the technical details and delivery guarantees of the 50 meter 3 legged guyed tower project.

In the morning technical negotiation meeting, the company presented a three-dimensional model of the wire pulling tower and provided a detailed explanation of the technical advantages of its dual anti-corrosion process, which combines hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating. To address transportation concerns raised by the client, the technical team innovatively proposed a modular disassembly solution, dividing the overall structure into 12 standard container units. This approach ensures transportation safety while achieving a 15% reduction in logistics costs. After thorough discussions, both parties reached a consensus on a 30-day emergency delivery cycle, with the company committing to timely fulfillment through capacity allocation.

During the afternoon factory tour, a salesperson from the International Business Department accompanied the client throughout. The client inspected core production equipment, including the numerical control cutting production line and the automated welding workstation, and paid particular attention to the assembly of similar tower body samples. They highly praised the flange plate connection accuracy of ±0.5mm. At the quality inspection center, the client observed the real-time detection process of steel composition using a spectrometer and gained a comprehensive understanding of the ISO9001 quality management system implementation standards through bilingual documentation.

Throughout the visit, the client focused on inspecting the inventory of raw materials and the reserve status of semi-finished products. Based on their full recognition of the production process and quality control system, the client completed the first 15% advance payment in real time via the cross-border RMB settlement system. Upon departure, the client representative remarked: “This collaboration has enabled us to fully appreciate the technical capabilities of China’s power equipment manufacturing sector, and we look forward to establishing a long-term cooperative relationship.”

This marks Xiangyue Electric Power’s first entry into the African market, laying a significant foundation for its subsequent involvement in regional power grid construction projects. The company will leverage this successful cooperation as an opportunity to deepen its strategic partnership with African countries in the field of power infrastructure development.
